The HomeStretch practice works gently to increase flexibility, improve balance and relieve pain and stiffness.

In addition, The HomeStretch includes basic ab and breath work to engage and strengthen the core. This is accomplished while protecting the neck, lower back and all other sensitive areas.

Sessions improve  your comfort, strength and peacefulness. 

All sessions are tailored to the individual. The HomeStretch will compliment and improve your current workouts or move you to become more active. We'll help increase your flexibility, balance and core strength so your body serves as a happier, healthier home for you. 

Bring In The HomeStretch 

Penelope will come to your home for 45-50 minute HomeStretch sessions. The work can be done with a yoga mat, on your furniture or you can use the padded table Penelope travels with. Sessions are tailored to you. The focus is on sustained assisted stretch with core strengthening work and attention to breath and balance. 

Every HomeStretch is accomplished safely while protecting any sensitive areas.
